Meet the Staff
Nakkia Grimes, LCSW, RPT-S
I have been with NCG since June, 2008. I started out as a Community Based Counselor II, then became a clinical supervisor, and an Assistant Site Director at the Virginia Beach site. I obtained my B.S. from Old Dominion University and my MSW degree from Norfolk State University. I am in the process of becoming a registered play therapist, and have started the Crisis Stabilization Program for children and adults at the Virginia Beach site. I also enjoy reading and watching movies.
Sarah Rodgers, LPC
I joined National Counseling Group in May 2011 as a part-time assessor and became a clinical supervisor in September of 2011. I enjoy teaching my staff new clinical skills and helping clients to reach their goals. I also provide licensure supervision to staff seeking their LPC. I am dedicated to physical fitness and enjoy running, cycling, weight training, and boot camp classes. I also love the summer weather and enjoy traveling to the Caribbean whenever I can.
