Multisystemic Therapy

One of our newest programs is Multisystemic Therapy (MST). At MST Services, we're on a mission to transform the lives of troubled youth and their families. Our approach, Multisystemic Therapy, is scientifically proven. We'll do whatever it takes to reach families in need so that their children can realize their potential.

The target population is youth, 11 to 17 years old, at risk of out-of-home placement due to antisocial or delinquent behaviors and/or youth involved with the juvenile justice system. MST’s target population includes system-involved (Probation, Parole, or Reentry) youth. Therapists work in the home, school and community and are on call 24/7 to provide caregivers with the tools they need to transform the lives of troubled youth. National Counseling Group is proud to be one of the providers selected to provide MST services within the state in 2017. We are proud that we have two (2) MST teams that provide these services for Court Service Units in several districts (2nd, 4th, 7th, 8th, 9th and, in the near future 1st and 3rd). The two (2) teams initially began providing services in four (4) districts, however due to their diligent work and partnerships with local court service units, they have been asked to expand the services to outside of the original four (4) localities.
