Krystal Frailey, MA, LMHP-E

Site Manager

Though a northerner by birth, Krystal has been living in Lynchburg area since 2006 and has adapted to southern living – she even says “ya’ll.” She has grown to love Virginia, in all its humid glory, along with those who live here. She has enjoyed working in Lynchburg and the surrounding communities for the last 8 years providing behavioral and mental health services in various settings. Throughout Krystal’s work with children, adolescents, adults, and families in their homes, schools, inpatient psychiatric treatment, and outpatient counseling offices, she has become more and more invested in helping facilitate healthier and happier living. Krystal has a master’s degree in Professional Counseling from Liberty University and will soon be a resident in counseling, in addition to, a clinical supervisor at National Counseling Group. In her free time, Krystal enjoys all things creative (music, theater, hands on projects, painting, and more), spending time with family and friends, and the occasional Netflix binge.
