Site Director
I was born and raised in Charlotte County, Virginia where they just received first stoplight in the last few years. Growing up, I watched my mother work in the human services field as a social worker, case manager, and childcare provider. I did not want to follow in my mom's footsteps and decided that I wanted to be a physician. I attended The University of Virginia for undergraduate studies and received a bachelor's degree in psychology in 2011.
During my last year at college, I participated in the Young Women's Leadership Program, where I was a big sister to a middle school girl. This experience made a big impact in my life and I credit this to choosing to pursue a career in counseling and not pursuing a career as a physician. After college, I decided to stay in Charlottesville and began working in the human services field while pursuing my master's degree. I received her master's in professional counseling from Liberty University in 2014. I recently participated in a training program for EMDR and enjoy integrating different modalities to meet client needs. My team and I are excited to serve the surrounding community and show them what CARE at NCG is all about!

Clinical Supervisor
I am a Fluvanna County native with an extensive knowledge of Charlottesville and the surrounding counties. I attended Old Dominion University where I completed my Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services with a Minor in Psychology in 2012. After completing my degree I began working for social services and part time with an agency who provided services to at-risk youth in the community. During my time at social services, I attended Liberty University, studying to complete my MA in counseling. I completed my degree in August of 2018.
My passion is at-risk youth and how trauma impacts the family system. I have seen first hand how multi generational and systemic issues continue to plague our community and breakdown the family system. I believe people have the power to change if given the right guidance, support and resources. I am excited to support NCG’s vision and provide the needed services to our community.
