Robert Hernandez, MS

Director

I have been with the National Counseling Group since 2010. I began as a Community Based Counselor and moved into the Site Director role in May of 2013. I have worked in the Human Services Field for close to twenty years, starting in the correctional system and then transitioning into the community based environment. I have been a lifelong fan of the Michigan Wolverines and the San Francisco 49'ers, and I'm also actively involved in local youth recreational sports leagues.

I received my Bachelor’s in Social Work from Norfolk State University and my Masters in Social Work from Walden University. I have over eight years of experience in various social work settings, including integrative mental/behavioral health, substance abuse rehabilitation, and long-term supportive medical services.
