A mental health crisis can happen to anyone with mental illness, at any time.
NCG’s Community Stabilization services, funded by Medicaid Insurance, are intended to be short-term. The services are designed to support an individual and their natural support system following an initial crisis response service as a transitional step‐down from a higher level of care or as a diversion to a higher level of care.
NCG is able to accept referrals for Community Stabilization services 24-hours a day. For all after-hour referrals, please use the “Request Services” link below.
Community Stabilization
Our highly qualified mental health professionals are committed to responding to mental health crises for children and adults within one hour from receiving and processing a referral. Our crisis team consists of qualified counselors, licensed professionals, and psychiatrists who consult on each case and make suitable client-centered recommendations for treatment. We coordinate all crisis services with the Regional Hub and adhere to all licensing requirements.

Rapid response
