Meet the Staff

Site Director

I have been with NCG since June 2007. I have held the position of a Community Based Counselor, Clinical Supervisor, Assistant Site Director and my current role as Site Director. I obtained my Bachelor of Science degree in criminal justice, my master’s degree in social work and I am currently working on my doctorate in social work. I have always had a love for helping others and assisting those in need. Some of my interests include spending time with my family, reading, learning new things, and spending time outdoors.

Clinical Supervisor

I joined the NCG family in 2007 and became a Clinical Supervisor in 2009. In 2008, I started the NCG Sunshine Committee responsible for providing events to boost camaraderie and staff morale. Some of my hobbies include mentoring children in need, volunteering at local schools, and being an executive board member of the Friends of VB Juvenile Court. I am also a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. I love to laugh and make others smile.

Clinical Supervisor

I joined NCG, in May of 2009, as a Community Based Counselor II and have been a Clinical Supervisor, since July 2015. I obtained my BA in Psychology from Norfolk State University and my Master’s in Professional Counseling from South University. I am currently working towards becoming a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am a member of the Sunshine Committee, which is responsible for organizing company events and boosting staff morale. I am also part of the Mentoring Committee, which is designed to assist new employees with learning their job by pairing them with a veteran CBC counselor. I enjoy spending time with my sons and my family, shopping, and traveling.
