Meet the Staff

Southeast Virginia Regional Director

Phone: 804-536-1198

I have been with NCG since August of 2003. I received my B.S. in psychology and an M.S. in clinical psychology while playing and coaching baseball at Virginia State University. Over the years, I have maintained numerous roles within NCG. My current position is Vice President of Operations for the Southeast region. I am extremely passionate about assisting all people with reaching their fullest potential. Prior to NCG, I worked for Crater Youth Care Commission as a community service officer and worked in a group home. My hobbies include semi-pro baseball and engaging in anything competitive. I also enjoy spending time with my 12-year-old son, Jon.

Clinical Supervisor

Phone: (757) 209-2926

I am a native of Beaufort, NC and am new to the Eastern Shore and NCG. However, I have been working in the field of counseling for over 13 years. I received my B.A. in Psychology from UNC, Master’s in Counselor Education from ECU, and PhD in Counselor Education from NCSU. I have worked with children, adults and families. I have worked in rape crisis centers, private practice, crisis intervention in community mental health, and headed the program for sexual assault for the Marine Corps. I have experience with Trauma Focused CBT and have worked in the field of sexual violence for over 20 years. I love being around the water, beach, and boats. I also enjoy spending time with family and friends and really love watching UNC basketball.

Lori Graham

OP Therapist, LPC/Registerd Play Therapist

Phone: (757) 209-2927

Lori earned her Bachelor's of Science from Purdue University then returned to school, later in life, to earn a Master's of Science in Mental Health Counseling. Although her focus shifted from conservation to counseling, Lori retained her passion for working with children and pursued a specialty in Play Therapy, with an emphasis on treating childhood trauma. She completed certification as  Registered Play Therapist in June of 2017, embracing the idea that humans, of all ages, are naturally wired to seek healing through behaviors that are safe, comforting and insight-rich. Lori considers it a privilege to partner with client's of all ages, acting as a witness and guide during their process of personal change.
